Customer service

After a recent update something didnt work the way it use to, I sent an email and a request to put it back the way it was. Peter answered in a very timely fashion and although the explanation part didnt come through, for whatever reason, I continued to email and he continued to answer till it came. Not many customer services would be this persistent and thorough. Top notch !!!!

An update to my previous review. After losing a feature in the last update, I contacted customer support and expressed my unhappiness with that situation. Within a few days an update to restore the feature so I could put it back the way I had it before was sent out, PROBLEM SOLVED ! Now THATS customer service !!!!
